Continuous Improvement Specialist

We're seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Operations team and drive process excellence across the plant. The role involves delivering lean training, facilitating improvement events, and partnering with site leadership to identify and deliver improvement projects.

Requirements

• Technical, engineering, or operations-focused qualification
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence
• Lean certification (Yellow/Green Belt) desirable
• Understanding of key operational metrics (safety, quality, output, cost)
• Experience working cross-functionally and supporting site-wide initiatives
