Quality Assurance Supervisor

A Quality Assurance Supervisor position is available at Church & Dwight's Victorville, CA facility. The role is responsible for ensuring the Quality Management System meets established requirements and requires a hands-on approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage key programs and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Manage and develop Quality team personnel
• Support development of goals for direct reports
• Assign daily and long-term job functions and projects
• Ensure daily records are complete, accurate, and approved
• Manage the site document control program
• Lead cross-functional coordination of raw material and finished product holds
• Support communication of packaging defects
• Oversee all aspects of the Pest Control program
• Compile data for weekly, monthly, and KPI reports
• Assist the Quality Manager with data gathering and statistical analysis
• Review PTR documents and coordinate PTRs
• Lead the site Change Control program
• Collaborate with plant departments to ensure timely disposition of finished goods
• Ensure proper labeling and containment of quarantined or non-conforming product
• Coordinate concession report creation and routing
• Partner with the site QE to ensure all TT documentation is complete and reviewed/approved
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Oversee administration of the Agile system
• Review and approve ordering of supplies and services
• Review monthly budget for spending
• Participate in and support Lean activities
