The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet required specifications and quality standards. The role oversees inspection, testing, and quality processes while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with the Quality Management System.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control, quality assurance, or related field required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and continuous improvement practices
- Ability to read production drawings, specifications, and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation and quality records
