Sales Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or commercial roles within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care brands
• Deep understanding of China's e-commerce ecosystem, including Tmall, JD, Douyin, and emerging platforms
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Fluent English communication skills to collaborate with international teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
