Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our talented Product team in the Wealth Technology group at CI Wealth. In this role you will partner with the business and IT to implement solutions and processes to achieve our strategic goals.

Requirements

• Collaborate with project managers, BSAs, developers, and technical teams to identify, document, and manage business requirements and specifications.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with business users to determine optimal solutions for business and system needs.
• Support testing phases by developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality implementations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Systems Analysts, helping them develop their analytical, technical, and communication skills.
• Support knowledge-sharing within the team by contributing to best practices, documentation, and training initiatives.
