Head of Talent Acquisition

Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility and seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to build a hiring function that operates ahead of business need, not reacting to it. This role will own the global hiring engine across all four brands, drive workforce planning in partnership with leadership, and build the pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of global hiring experience, a track record of building TA functions in fast-growing environments, and the ability to think strategically with leadership.

• 8+ years in talent acquisition with meaningful global hiring experience
• Ability to think strategically with leadership
• Experience building TA functions in fast-growing, multi-market environments
• Track record of hiring for complex, business-critical roles
• Ability to build processes that make hiring consistent without making it slow
