GVW Group, LLC is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale the enterprise talent strategy across its portfolio of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, building a scalable talent engine, and ensuring the talent acquisition function is aligned with enterprise and individual operating company priorities.

• Design a roadmap for a talent acquisition function
• Drive initiatives and targeted plans to attract and hire talent effectively
• Identify future workforce needs and develop pipelines for critical roles
• Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing enterprise Talent Acquisition Team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal mobility processes
• Develop best-in-class metrics of performance
• Drive continuous process improvement
• Recruit for VP-level and above positions
