Requirements

• Provide support within the Compliance division in its wide range of activities in Japan and other offices in Asia Pacific
• Assist with local and regional coordination work with compliance officers and other stakeholders of CIBC in the regions and head office
• Implement compliance control related risk assessments and documentation
• Monitor regulatory circulars and draft compliance correspondences
• Prepare regulatory questionnaires, surveys, regulatory compliance risk assessment reports and presentation materials
• Monitor and update registration records with KLFB, JSDA and Tokyo Metropolitan Government, along with Continuing Professional Training requirements
• Monitor staff trading activities, gifts and entertainments and other conflicts management
