Requirements
- Regulatory Oversight – Be aware of any upcoming changes in the industry.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Lead Examinations – You will lead high quality, thorough and timely execution of Regulatory Compliance Management examinations.
- Relationship Building – You will establish and maintain positive working relationships with CIBC LOBs, Governance Groups, Oversight Functions and Compliance partners.
- Strong Teamwork – Share your knowledge and assist team members with their examinations, and help to implement changes as required to strengthen the Compliance Testing Program.
