Senior Consultant, Regulatory Compliance Management

We're looking for a Senior Consultant, Regulatory Compliance Management to join our Capital Markets Compliance team in Toronto. The successful candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of business experience and/or experience in Capital Markets compliance
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Legal domain
• Proven expertise in reviewing complex legal and regulatory documentation
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of and experience with key regulatory bodies
• Strong legal mindset with experience interpreting legislation and regulatory guidance
