Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Capital Markets office in Toronto. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a highly professional, confidential, and fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Superior organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digitally proficient with MS Office suite and experience with Visio, Workday, Amex GBT, and/or COUPA considered an asset.
