Job Description
CIBC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, calendar management, and travel coordination for the executives and their teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or professional support role within a large corporate or financial institution environment
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
- Advanced technical expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers
- Experience with tools like Visio, Workday, Amex GBT, and COUPA is considered valuable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
