Executive Assistant to VP - Simplii Financial

As an Executive Assistant to VP - Simplii Financial, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support to the VPs and contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the business group.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a highly professional, confidential and fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
• Digitally proficient with a strong command of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Critical thinking skills with attention to detail and ability to inform decision making
