Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our Optimization & Process Engineering team. As a Senior Service Designer, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to solve important, bank-wide challenges. You will conduct research, co-create inclusive solutions, make and test prototypes, and work with partners to implement new services. You'll be part of a small—but mighty—team with the goal of changing the way we solve problems and design experiences at CIBC.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in service design
• Strong skills in user research methods
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with abstract strategic concepts
• Ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way
