Job Description
CICONIX is seeking a Master Black Belt to support Business Process Management (BPM) and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts for the National Guard Bureau (NGB). The role focuses on aligning operational processes with strategic objectives, optimizing business processes, and guiding teams through structured improvement methodologies. It involves developing and executing BPM initiatives, building business cases, collaborating with leadership, and developing process architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Secret Clearance
- 4 - 5 years of experience
- U.S. Citizenship and a successful background investigation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
