Training Executive

The Training Executive will lead and be responsible for training, certification, and cross-training across the shift/area, ensuring good working conduct and attitude. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or Administration and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Provide inputs to Training Personal regarding individual team performance
• Develop team to solve own day-to-day issues
• Conducts formal training programs (e:g process flow training, 5S & Lean)
• Maintain and Update respective On Job Training Manual & TCS
• To train and certified new / cross train operator in accordance with process specifications
• To perform recertification across all area as require
• Instruct DL's to operate machine / equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• To train and brief on all type of process changes (ECO)
• To maintain accurate training records in accordance with Training Procedure / ISO
• To monitor and auditing on process conformance
• To monitor operator performance
• To conduct spec and quality review with operator
• To guide and motivate new learner on new process
• To update supervisor on operator performance
• Work closely with engineer on new product/ process
