Job Description
The Training Executive will lead and be responsible for training, certification, and cross-training across shifts and areas, ensuring good working conduct and attitude. They will report to work as scheduled, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and represent the team. They will also conduct formal training programs, maintain and update training manuals, and train new or cross-train operators in accordance with process specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management or Administration or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge related to the processes/area
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn and maintain operating skills across the required area
- Basic computer skills working with Ms Word and Excel
- Ability to work and communicate with Line Leader, Production Supervisor, Technician, and Engineer
