Civil Manager

The Civil Manager acts as a liaison between the Pre-Construction and Development departments, reviewing and coordinating civil engineering and construction processes for urban and/or cottage projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing project needs.
• Experience with urban and/or cottage projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
