Job Description
Join Landmark Construction - Landmark Properties’ In-House General Contractor as a Traveling Superintendent. Lead the delivery of wood-frame projects and mid to high-rise concrete and steel buildings. Enforce contract documents, oversee subcontractors, and manage field personnel. Travel may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration, or relevant major
- High school diploma and professional construction knowledge
- Proficiency with scheduling & job cost software (Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
- Lead Superintendent: 10-15 years managing multiple phases of mid to large ground-up commercial building projects
- Superintendent II: 7 years managing multiple phases of mid to large ground-up commercial building projects
- Experience in Lean Construction Delivery Methodology preferred
