Superintendent II - Multifamily/Student Housing Construction

We are seeking a Superintendent II to assist the Lead Superintendent with the supervision, organization, planning, and scheduling of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in residential and mixed-use building construction and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Requirements

• Attend and participate in pre-construction meetings
• Schedule and expedite the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate and direct the activities of subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage and maintain the project schedule
• Develop and manage labor, equipment, and material budgets
• Plan and obtain necessary hoisting for the project
• Schedule and chair pre-construction meetings with subcontractors
• Manage a daily log documenting the progress of the job
• Coordinate and schedule tests, inspections, and punch list activities
