The company is seeking a Senior Director, Product Line Management, to support Ciena's HSPC product development, including Coherent Driver Modulators, Coherent Optical Sub Assemblies, and more. The position requires a PLM Leader with strong knowledge of coherent and direct detect technologies, DSP and high speed components markets, as well as ICP (hyperscalers) customers and their interconnect requirements.
Requirements
- Developing business cases and product structure
- Managing delivery schedule and forecasting
- Supply chain management, including end product adoption
- Developing and maturing the productization of Ciena's HSPC technologies and gaining market traction and mindshare for new Ciena Interconnects Portfolio
- Collaborating with Ciena WaveLogic Technologies Product Management and R&D teams
