Job Description
CIM Group is seeking a Development Project Manager to support the infrastructure development of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects from initial concept to commercial operation. The role involves technical project management, stakeholder engagement, budget tracking, and contract management. The position will support the development of projects across various asset types, including renewable energy, digital infrastructure, waste management, and more. CIM focuses on enhancing communities and creating value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of prior experience in technical project management (utility scale solar and/or BESS)
- Experience in California ISO & greater WECC preferred
- Understanding of utility scale solar construction practices
- Working knowledge of utility scale solar construction practices
- Working knowledge of construction sequencing and critical path schedule
