Talent Operations Lead plays a key role in supporting CIM’s talent ecosystem by driving the systems, processes, and operational foundations that enable both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to deliver exceptional, scalable programs. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology—helping ensure our talent lifecycle runs with efficiency, clarity, and consistency from candidate attraction through employee development.
