Job Description
VistaPrint Manufacturing in Venlo, NL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead improvements in quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves analyzing data, implementing process changes, and collaborating with international teams. The team plays a crucial role in supporting production with technical expertise and innovation.
Requirements
- Higher Professional Education (HBO) degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to run improvement projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Dutch & English)
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods
