Job Description
Cin7 is a fast-growing global software company seeking a Global SDR Manager to lead a team of BDRs across North America and APAC, driving sales activity and pipeline results.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software sales
- 1+ year managing or leading a BDR/SDR team
- Proven track record of holding a team accountable to activity metrics and pipeline targets
- Strong coaching instincts
- Data-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with sales tools: Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach/automation platforms
