Manager, Business Development Enterprise

Fivetran is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join their Denver team. The successful candidate will have a high impact position within the sales organization, overseeing the recruitment, performance, and culture of the Enterprise Business Development team. The role involves managing, developing, and implementing strategic tactics for both inbound and outbound business development, as well as contributing to the shaping of the BDR program as the company expands globally.

Requirements

• 1-2 years managing BDR/SDR teams (ideally in SaaS or B2B technology) with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• 2+ years in outbound sales development with consistent over-achievement
• Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
• Proficient with Salesforce and able to improve KPIs to drive team performance
• Ability to learn new technologies and become an expert in the automated data integration space
