Part-Time Assistant Manager

A Part-Time Assistant Manager at Cinemark assists in the overall operation of the theatre, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and operational standards are achieved. They are cross-trained in all departments to support where needed and provide inspirational training to Employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Requires regular and consistent attendance
• Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
• Provides excellent Guest service
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
• Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities
