Part-Time Assistant Manager

Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and operational standards are achieved. They are cross-trained in all departments and provide inspirational training to Employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program
• Basic food handling training and local or state mandated certification
• Safe Alcohol Service training program
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Excellent Guest service
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
