Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Manager to oversee plant operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure on-time delivery of products that exceed customer expectations. The role requires creating a culture of world-class safety, promoting engagement and motivation, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The Production Manager will work towards shared location goals, achieve key performance indicators, and support company and location visionary efforts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Attendance is an essential function of the job
- Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules
- Minimum two years supervisory/management experience
- Two years industry experience preferred
