Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Manager to create a high performing operational environment, develop a high performing team, and oversee all plant operations in a location.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum two years supervisory/management experience
- Two years industry experience preferred
- Minimum one year as a Cintas Production Manager required
- Attendance is an essential function of the job
- Minimum processed volume requirement of $18M or 2+ branches
- Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules
