IT Field Support Specialist (Hardware Technician)

The Hardware Technician provides on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.

Requirements

• High school/GED and two (2) to four (4) years of experience and Security+ Certification
• Associate’s degree in a technical field and two (2) years of experience
• Bachelors’ degree in a technical field
• A+ CE, NET+ CE, or SSCP certification
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in working with end-users remotely
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
• Familiarity with Active Directory security and policies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to drive company vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
