The Hardware Technician provides on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
Requirements
- High school/GED and two (2) to four (4) years of experience and Security+ Certification
- Associate’s degree in a technical field and two (2) years of experience
- Bachelors’ degree in a technical field
- A+ CE, NET+ CE, or SSCP certification
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in working with end-users remotely
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
- Familiarity with Active Directory security and policies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to drive company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
