Job Description
Located in the heart of the island of Torcello, the Locanda Cipriani represents one of the most authentic and historic expressions of Cipriani hospitality. A timeless place, immersed in the quiet of the Venetian lagoon, where tradition, simplicity, and attention to detail come together in a unique welcoming experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Italian mother tongue
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role in hotels and/or luxury restaurants
- Excellent predisposition to work in a team
- Passion for excellent customer service and ability to improve the customer experience through knowledge, empathy, and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, flexible, and able to demonstrate the willingness to learn and improve
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Availability to work on shifts, evenings, and weekends
