Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Mat Leave Cover)

Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage and grow tier 1 customer accounts, and build strong relationships within key customer networks. This is a 10-month maternity leave contract, with the potential to join the team on a permanent basis, subject to business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a client/customer facing roles
• Exceptional communication skills and relationship building skills
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft office suite
• Proven ability to close deals
• Experience with managing an existing book of business
• Business proficiency in French, additional bonus if proficiency in Spanish
