Smartling is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a remote position in Ireland to ensure customer health and retention, and help customers adopt and deeply leverage the Smartling solution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer success/client services/account management role
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and internal/external stakeholders
- Experience managing contract renewals and up-sells
- Bachelor's degree
