Food Captain responsible for food operational execution, training, and customer service in a retail store.
Requirements
- Food Category expert
- Training and coaching of store associates
- Food sampling and customer service
- Conduct and lead in-store training
- Ensure foodservice areas are stocked and rotated
- Order and assist in ordering food products
- Monitor shrink and improve sales
- Identify and suggest training programs
- Operate within budgeted expectations
