Job Description
Food Captain is responsible for ensuring all food operational execution in store are followed to maximize sales and reduce waste. They train and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service. They also plan and execute food sampling, conduct and lead in-store training, and ensure foodservice areas are stocked and rotated.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalate
- Minimum 2 years experience working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail and/or Foodservice industry
- Food Manager Certification
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written
