- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA designation or enrollment in a CPA program is an asset
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Proficient with MS Office applications; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
