Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a full-time Point of Sale - Office Coordinator to support the Food & Beverage team at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX. This dual-function role involves administering POS systems, coordinating administrative needs, and assisting with event logistics, all while ensuring operational efficiency. The position requires a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Maintain, program, and troubleshoot POS system settings.
• Serve as primary POS contact for setup, training, and technical support.
• Support administrative functions for the F&B team.
• Assist with event logistics.
• Track POS hardware inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
• Track POS hardware inventory and coordinating deployment, maintenance, and returns.
