The Applications & Business Analyst 2 is a hybrid role that bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The individual will have experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance, usability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a relevant field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in an enterprise application support, business analyst, or development role
- Familiarity with application development standards, software development lifecycle, and working with Agile principles
- Experience building and maintaining software solutions, including ETL, APIs/web services, databases, development, and other methodologies
- Familiarity with development tools in a Microsoft technology stack
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and system support situations
