Job Summary: Application Administrator IT Analyst â Business Applications. Configure, administer, and support internal business applications. Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for end users, including troubleshooting application, software, and basic system issues. Assist with support and maintenance of enterprise systems, including ERP platforms. Customize application features, workflows, forms, and role-based access to support business processes.
Requirements
- University Degree
- 0-2 years of prior relevant experience
- Strong interest in enterprise technology, business applications, and process improvement
- Foundational understanding of application administration and configuration concepts
- IT fundamentals such as operating systems, networking, or databases
- Data structures, basic SQL, or reporting concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and willingness to learn
