Job Description
The Applications Analyst III will act as a liaison between customers, IT teams, and vendors, leading and participating in meetings with stakeholders, and serving as an expert technical resource to address and resolve business problems. The role involves leading or participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, troubleshooting functional issues, and documenting incidents, requests, and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with three years previous experience in IT or relevant business area; or minimum of seven years of relevant IT experience
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
