Job description
We're looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Representative (Contract) - Hybrid. The role performs relatively complex assignments, has direct impact on the business, and works under little to no direct supervision.
Processes client requests, cooperates with internal partners, provides responses to client and internal inquiries, prepares documentation, and applies bank regulations.
Requires tact and diplomacy, basic knowledge of the organization, and ability to assess applicability of similar experiences. Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and have a customer focus.
