Job Description
We are looking for a senior-level IT Business Lead Analyst to participate in the complete spectrum of SDLC, working closely with business users, engineers, QA, and support teams to create a technology product vision and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have experience in building robust and high-quality solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
- Collaborates with business users to understand and anticipate their needs
- Aligns with the vision for the team’s product and maintaining the cohesive vision throughout the SDLC process
- Manages the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on challenging and often competing requirements
- Provide input during development and implementation phases
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options
- Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications
- Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements
- Supervise day-to-day staff management issues
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
- Working with the wider product team and end users to deliver updates and status reports
