Reference Data Services Analyst

The Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role that requires good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems. Responsibilities include remedying data, performing trend analysis, and providing customer service.

Requirements

• Remediate data in the Clients and Security Coding systems
• Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes
• Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
• Own ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion
• Provide tangible metrics to Management
