Job Description
Provide administrative support for the Loan Operations Department as a Mortgage Loan Processor, including loan processing, preparing documents, and customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to three years experience as a processor or related experience
- Experience with product guidelines for conventional mortgages and government mortgages
- Intermediate knowledge of industry standard underwriting system (ex. FNMA DU)
- Intermediate level of computer skills
