Execute and evolve the company's Compliance Program, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and integrity promotion in national and international operations.
Requirements
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Compliance Program in all its fronts, such as fraud, corruption, competition, integrity, and privacy, operating in national and international operations.
- Assist in the preparation and review, updating, and improvement of compliance and privacy policies, procedures, and data protection documents, guidelines, and internal documents;
- Carry out research and analysis to ensure that the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, with support for the creation of periodic reports on the regulatory status of units;
- Support the creation and development of training and communications for employees and third parties;
- Support the update of the compliance risk matrix, conducting analyses and following up on action plans with responsible areas;
- Conduct research and consultations in public bases and specialized tools to support decision-making and risk analysis and data protection of clients and partners, including consultations with restricted lists and national and international databases;
- Provide guidance and support to business and administrative areas, in Brazil and abroad, answering questions and issuing recommendations related to compliance;
- Support interactions with related areas such as: Legal, Audit, Risks, and Internal Controls;
- Maintain records and indicators through BI tool related to the current area;
- Support the evolution of control tools used for monitoring the pillars of the Compliance Program;
- Follow global trends and propose adjustments to internal processes and procedures;
- Assist in responding to questionnaires and surveys received on compliance;
- Act on demands that require interpretation of norms, regulatory analysis, and evaluation of compliance risks, considering legal, operational, and reputational impacts;
- Analyze, treat, and manage sensitive information, involving multidisciplinary topics and demands with potential regulatory, operational, and reputational impact on the company;
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, indicators, and monitoring tools of the Compliance Program.
