Job Description
Support Compliance and Data Protection programs, ensure adherence to laws and regulations, internal policies, and best practices. Conduct risk assessments, propose action plans, and mitigating controls.
Requirements
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Compliance and Privacy/Data Protection programs
- Contribute to mapping and assessing compliance and privacy risks
- Support LGPD governance activities
- Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, and training
- Conduct third-party due diligence
- Support Business and IT/Security teams
- Handle data subject requests
- Support reporting and incident response workflows
- Monitor regulatory changes
- Collect evidence and support internal/external audits
- Maintain program documentation and records
