Job Description
We are an IT company seeking an ambitious Head of Legal for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support for user-facing products, conducting legal reviews of marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with gambling regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Law degree
- 8+ years of legal experience, including experience in iGaming/gambling/betting industries
- Proven experience supporting B2C products
- Experience in managing and developing legal teams
- Strong expertise in gambling regulations, advertising and marketing restrictions, AML/KYC, and consumer protection
- Experience working across international markets
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)
