Payment Development Manager (Russian speaking)

We are an IT company looking for a Payment Development Manager (Russian speaking) to join our team for full-time employment in our office in New Belgrade.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian speaker, with professional working proficiency in English.
• 3 years of experience in the field of payments, account management, business development or operational support in the high-risk segment (iGaming).
• Deep understanding of the specifics of the payment industry: PSP, APM, cross-border and local payment methods.
• Skills in financial accounting / accounting for payment providers are required.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode: simultaneously conduct development, analytics, partnership and operational control.
• Experience in communicating with foreign payment providers, understanding their requirements and business models.
• Skills in working with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM and basic BI tools.
• High degree of independence, analytical approach and responsibility.
