Job Description
We're seeking a visionary Social Caseworker Supervisor to manage Social Case Workers in our Intake Section, investigating new allegations of abuse/neglect of children. You'll lead, mentor, and empower staff, prioritizing the best interests of the child while demonstrating exemplary leadership and a thorough understanding of high standards of practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a higher education institution with course work related to the job responsibilities of child welfare or adult protective services social caseworker
- Intake experience preferred
- Experience with Differential Response and Partnering for Safety
- Supervisory experience
- Requires certification as a social case worker supervisor in Child Welfare or Adult Protective Services in accordance with CDHS regulations
